Dave is a singer-songwriter and creative producer living in Nashville, TN. With over a decade of experience in multimedia storytelling, he has a gift for bridging the gap between creative ideation and technical execution regardless of the medium.
Formally Dave is trained in video production with a Master’s in Film from Emerson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media & Creative Writing from the University of Miami. As a freelance videographer, Dave served as the Executive Producer on the lifestyle YouTube series, Live Music Society, collected an Emmy Award for his music video documentary New Year’s Resolution, and produced music videos for artists that debuted on Billboard.com. After moving to San Francisco in 2018, Dave joined Density Inc. as an in-house Creative Producer on the Marketing team, where his content and storytelling assisted in the rapid growth of the company from 30 people to over 200, a billion dollar valuation, multiple rounds of fundraising, and two global product deployments.
During that time, Dave has also written, recorded, and released original music, while performing live in venues all across the country. Some of his favorite shows were played at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC, the Knitting Factory and Rockwood Music Hall in New York City, Starry Plough in Berkeley California, and Jammin Java in Vienna, Virginia. He has shared stages with national touring acts such as the Alternate Routes, Brendan James, Chris Ayer, and Tony Lucca. In 2014, Dave signed a distribution deal with The Orchard, a subsidiary of Sony Music. His debut full length album Aperture was successfully funded by his fans on Kickstarter in 2015 and since then he has released many new singles indepedently.
